Two fresh eggs fried sunny side up, topped
with Ranchera
sauce and covered with
Cheddar cheese.
CHIMICHANGA
Flour tortilla rolled and
stuffed with ground beef,
shredded chicken or picadillo.
Deep-fried and garnished with
lettuce, tomatoes, Cheddar
cheese, guacamole and sour
cream.
CHORIZO CON HUEVOS
Spicy Mexican sausage mixed with two fresh eggs.
